Alcohol limits in Europe
In Germany, the legal blood alcohol limit is 0.5 per thousand, which corresponds to 1 beer or 2 glasses of wine. In most European countries the alcohol limit is the  value of 0.5! 
Estonia,  Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Norway  0.0 per thousand. Poland, Sweden 0.2 per thousand and in Bosnia-Herzegovina 0.3 per thousand! Exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit,  depending on the situation  European countries are threatening  with heavy fines, loss of license, driving ban, to imprisonment!
